How are you ladies doing with the end of the growing season?

There are lots of wild apples growing around here and I plan on harvesting them soon now that we are getting some frosts. I hear that makes them pretty sweet.

Are your gardens done and harvested or did you get a fall/winter crop in?

Oooh, good luck with the wild apples, Elizaray. I loved picking them along the mountain roadsides in Montana - made the sweetest pies! We're nurturing our wee fruit trees, which are coming back beautifully after the deer rampage. I'd love to think we'll get fruit next year, but I bet it'll be 2 years yet.
