Posted - May 09 2008 : 1:23:18 PM Hey all you huntresses - how does the full moon affect the hunt (animal behavior, etc)?
Tagging along with my hub, I've found that deer & elk seem less active during the daylight hours when the moon is full - I guess because they're up and about more at night.

Posted - Jul 08 2008 : 05:54:18 AM This is absolutely true...all bear, deer and even coyote movement lessens noticably during a full moon. Really aggravating too, when you know you got a "good one" in the area LOL
