WASHINGTON -- A Bush administration plan to change rules of the Endangered Species Act protecting American wildlife drew pointed questions Wednesday from five U.S. senators, who called the proposed changes "troubling." More at http://www.enn.com/today.html?id=12657

So, what do you think? Is Bush the guy to entrust with the evolution of the Endangered Species Act?? Personally, I think not. What's your take on delisting the grizzly & wolf, and turning their management over to the states?
