Posted - Apr 06 2007 : 10:32:34 PM She has written and illustrated her own books and also illustrated books for others. Two books I have right in front of me are Dragon and Faerie and one she illustrated Sky Castle written by Sandra Hanken. I do like Jody bergsma Animal and Native art. She calls it her Natural Element style which includes symbolism and scenes of the nature and wildlife that surround her. I have quite a few books written by Stephan Cosgrove and illustrated by Robin James. I have quite a large Giclee print signed by Jody. It is called 'The Dream Creates the Journey' it is about the gift of a dream catcher and of course horses. MB

Posted - Apr 06 2007 : 4:54:13 PM Cool site, Marybeth! Her art would make great children's book illustrations (in the vein of Robin James who, I think, lives on one of the San Juan Islands). |
