Posted - Jul 08 2008 : 06:18:17 AM I love taking pictures ! Even more I love outdoor photography! I just wanted to share a little of my world with you all. We live on the Atlantic Ocean near a bay called the Bay of Fundy which has the highest tides in the world. I live in a town called Digby which hails for its world famous scallops and scallop fleet. In recent years we have moved inland farther to the backcountry but still remain a comfortable drive away from the shores and the tides ! This was taken one day recently at the beach with my kids of a sweet pee near the high tide mark...the next one is of a raindrop kissed flower in my somewhat growing wild garden LOL

Posted - Jul 09 2008 : 5:00:41 PM Thanks everyone...to answer the question about Nova Scotia weather...well it always changing. We are now having a string of hot weather (to us 24degrees is blisterin hot). Our winters run from late October to late March mid April. We can get anywheres from 2 inches to three feet of snow at one time.
I have lived here all my life and have no 'calling' to be anywhere else, with the exception of visiting Alaska before I am called home to the Great Spirit. We have no wolves here and I would love to see a true wild wolf in the wild as well as a grizzly and hope to do it in Alaska !

Posted - Jul 08 2008 : 11:21:00 AM Luscious, Juanita - what a place! My husband and I have talked about moving there, but we always seem to end up going west. I've been as far NE as Maine, though, and so I can imagine how heavenly Nova Scotia must be. Have you lived there all your life?
