Just heard on the news: the Supreme Court ruled that the EPA does in fact have the power to regulate greenhouse emmissions (apparently there was some legal confusion - orchestrated by George Jr no doubt - that allowed the EPA to sit on their hands until now). Wonder what the implications will be???
