The wiring to our spring water pump was horrendously primitive (ie nailed to cedar trees through the woods), and it finally went ka-put. Had to pay a bunch of $$ to have a guy re-wire it -- wire is EXPENSIVE! So, then, we had to spend the last couple days burying the conduit pipe in which the wire is now housed, and the ground is basically all glade rock with a smattering of soil on top. The pipe is easily damaged by UV light, and we want to burn our land soon anyway, so it needs to be underground. Ended up piling rock on a bunch of it, so it looks like some kind of mysterious, snaking burial mound or something.
Anyway, WHEW! Sweaty, hard work feels good!

Good job, Jen! Congratulations on taking care of an important project. Goodness knows that if it isn't one thing, it's another. The idea of the mysterious, snake burial mound made me laugh.
