OWAA Gave Away $15,000 in College Scholarships; Apply for 2008
OWAA’s Education Committee this year awarded more than $15,000 in Bodie McDowell Scholarships to students of outdoor communications fields, including print, film, art and broadcasting. If you know students who should apply for next year’s scholarships, go to http://www.owaa.org/scholarships.htm for guidelines and applications. The program is open to eligible students in two categories: (1) college undergraduate students entering their junior or senior years of study and (2) college graduate students. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2008. If you have questions, contact OWAA headquarters at owaa@montana.com.
